IBCT Recertification Manual

This manual is the official document for all CTs who are going to go through the process of re-certification. The first step in the re-certification process is to download this manual and fill in all required info as indicated within the manual then submit it to the IBCT office. M.S. Word Templates for PDAR

This a word file contains a template for the PDAR to be used by our trainers to report annually on their professional development (PD) and continuing education (CE) activities. The file contains templates for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year after certification. Before filling in this report, we advise you to read the document of the IBCT policy for CE and PD, on the publication page, the same webpage you are viewing now. PDAR stands for Professional Development Activities Report. This is an old document as the entire recertification process now takes place via our online system.

In the first six months of 2013, we sponsored more than 12 free web seminars about the basics of training for more than 465 participants from all over the world. By endorsing their preparation and professionals and informing them about the code of conduct, UIBCT is actively supporting the industry.

In front of you is the IBCT summer newsletter 2012, Volume 7, with a brand new layout. A layout with a fresh look that welcomes more than 100 new members from all over the world that joined the IBCT recently. Soon, we expect to launch a new website as well as new services. Online plication as well as online payment will be available within two months. IBCT is the first that starts with the certification of web seminars, commonly called webinars.

Two new steps towards the IBCT Certified Trainer status, research shows that three is space for two new steps towards the certification level of internationally certified Trainer/ HRD Consultant (CT). In the Middle East Region these levels have been for many years successfully. Hence we introduced IBCT Associate Trainer as a base and IBCT Professional Trainer as a intermediate step towards the top level CT.

TrainSmart’s Train the Trainer training certified by the IBCT. As part of the certification process, TrainSmart conducted a three-day TT program for Underwriters Laboratories(UL) in San Jose California. To date, UL has sent approximately 160 key people to extend training skills of their subject matter.
