Peace be upon you. I am pleased and honored to join the TOT-AT092 program (Associate Trainer) at Sadat University at the end of August 2017. I was honored to attend the internationally accredited certified trainer preparation course (IBCT) at Sadat University (Egypt), batch AT092. I learned that training is conducted within a framework of standards that the trainer must master before entering the training room to achieve the intended outcomes. I was greatly influenced by my trainers Dr. Ahmed Metwally and Dr. Nermin Attia, and I saw how the standards we learned can be applied in practice. (KSA)
