Trainer Training Course (AT089). Praise be to God, I was pleased to attend the trainers? training course at Hail University. I learned a lot from the training experts Dr. Ahmed Metwally and Dr. Ahmed El-Kamel. It was a distinguished course among many others; it introduced us to the principles of professional training and the strict rules that characterize this course?yet in an enjoyable learning environment.

Peace be upon you. I am pleased and honored to join the TOT-AT092 program (Associate Trainer) at Sadat University at the end of August 2017. I cannot find words to describe this training; I feel it is one of the most outstanding programs. I benefited greatly and gained new knowledge and useful skills, and it helped me change my attitudes, behavior, and professional and practical level. I was honored to attend the internationally accredited certified trainer preparation course (IBCT) at Sadat University (Egypt), batch AT092. I learned that training is conducted within a framework of standards that the trainer must master before entering the training room to achieve the intended outcomes. I was greatly influenced by my trainers Dr. Ahmed Metwally and Dr. Nermin Attia, and I saw how the standards we learned can be applied in practice. (KSA)

My greetings and appreciation to the Board and its ambassadors. Attending the program for the second time helped me realize the real efforts IBCT exerts to develop its standards and programs. I noticed a big difference in the training content compared with the program I attended in 2011. The variety and renewal in presenting the material never made me feel bored. The TOT program (AT094) corrected many mistaken concepts related to training and helped us employ our skills correctly.
