TOT (Associate Trainer) was real training in the true sense of the word. It gave me the highest practical benefit and a clear positive change in attitudes. One of the most beautiful aspects was the interaction with trainers and colleagues; we enjoyed the training rooms and learned a lot. I learned how to use my skills in the best way.
