Earning Criteria

Bachelor or higher degree and at least five years of verifiable experience in training or public education and talent development.

Demonstrable and proven customer satisfaction with personally-conduct training sessions.

Attending a 300+ contact hour of intensive skills training and passing a comprehensive, standardized exam.

Developing an HRD organizational development project plan and defending it in front of a panel of experts.

Adhere to the IBCT Code of Conduct and Ethics and re-certify every three (3) years through:

• – The development of a tri-annual personal development plan as a talent development specialist based on the IBCT role-competence model,
• – Development of a reflection report and action plan about a personal learning experience during the execution of a training and development activity,
• – Completing a nearly 50-credit crash course and passing its exam.
