Description
Certified Trainer and HRD Consultant certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers. Certification after strict summative and formative evaluation of knowledge, skills, trainer’s performance, and professional attitude. Recertification is required every 3 years. Know more.
Earning Criteria
Bachelor or higher degree and at least five years of verifiable experience in training or public education and talent development.
Demonstrable and proven customer satisfaction with personally-conduct training sessions.
Attending a 300+ contact hour of intensive skills training and passing a comprehensive, standardized exam.
Developing an HRD organizational development project plan and defending it in front of a panel of experts.
Adhere to the IBCT Code of Conduct and Ethics and re-certify every three (3) years through:
- – The development of a tri-annual personal development plan as a talent development specialist based on the IBCT role-competence model,
- – Development of a reflection report and action plan about a personal learning experience during the execution of a training and development activity,
- – Completing a nearly 50-credit crash course and passing its exam.
