Skills Development Department of Deanship of Quality and Development
About
The Skills Development Department stands as a cornerstone within the Deanship of Quality and Development at the University of Hail. Established in the academic year 1432/1433 AH, the department is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of all university employees through a diverse array of targeted training programs. It operates through four specialized sub-units, each assigned distinct responsibilities within a clearly defined and approved organizational framework.
Since its inception, the department has pursued a strategic goal of achieving international recognition for its human resource development efforts. It has aligned its training initiatives with globally esteemed standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Notably, the Skills Development Department distinguished itself as one of the pioneering training centers among Saudi universities by securing accreditation from the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT) on its first evaluation visit. This milestone was achieved on May 18, 2015, marking a significant accomplishment in its pursuit of quality and professionalism.
To date, IBCT audit visits and certification have been conducted exclusively for the men’s section of the department, reflecting the initial scope of this accreditation process.
