The Faculty and Leadership Development Center at Alexandria University is a center of excellence at the local level for the professional development of faculty members, leaders, and other human resources in higher education institutions. It is a leading knowledge hub in human development for individuals and various organizations in the community.
Since its establishment on July 29, 2003, the center has provided services to individuals and institutions. It has been essential for the center to grow and evolve to meet the needs of the surrounding society. Now, the center is taking confident strides toward new and broader horizons to maximize the benefits of its programs and outcomes, with a clear vision of the importance of quantitative and qualitatively developing its services.
The center’s training packages have undergone radical updates and qualitative improvements to align with the evolving training needs for human resource development and investment in target sectors. Additionally, the number of new training programs has more than doubled, covering modern general and specialized training fields.
