Attendance and Achievement Policy of TOT Programs

A U-shaped training room with a minimum capacity of 18 persons, good ventilation, good lighting, a data show that hangs on the room's selling, 2 sets of flip charts, and a pin-wall unit. Email us for more details.
Participants should be fully dedicated to the training and 100% free from any job duties during the entire period of training.
Training results will be announced on our website after 3-4 weeks of the last face-to-face session. Certificates will be available, at the training venue, after 3-4 weeks of announcing the training results.
Each training day starts at 9 am and ends at 6:30 pm.
The MENA version of the AT program is delivered primarily in Arabic. Nevertheless, 15% of the training materials are provided in English, and 25% of the final written examination is administered in English. This policy is implemented to assess candidates’ English language proficiency and to determine their readiness to progress to the CPT level.
The MENA version of the CPT program is delivered primarily in Arabic. However, 45% of the training materials are provided in English, and 25% of the final written examination is administered in English. This policy is implemented to assess candidates’ English language proficiency and to determine their readiness to progress to the CT/HRDC level.
Candidates should pass the admission Interview to Join the Program.
A minimum of 100% full attendance of all the training sessions are required to receive the IBCT certificate.
Participant must achieve, at least, 50% of each examination section to pass the program and get licensed by IBCT.
For participants who could not achieve one section of the examination, they will be granted two chances to re-do the same examination section within following 6 months. If they fail after the second chance, they must attend the entire program again.
For participants who could not achieve two sections of the examination, they will be granted only two chance to re-attend the program.
Participants who complete the program with the minimum passing score will be placed on probation for a period of six months. During this period, they will receive their certificates and licenses in the normal manner. For further details regarding probation status, participants are advised to consult their TOT Master Trainer.

Training During the Covid-19 Pandemic
The following covid-19 prevention measures should be forced!Trainers and trainees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (at least two weeks after the second shot).
Trainers and trainees must wear medical face masks that completely cover their mouth and nose at all times, in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
