The Deanship of Quality and Development of Princess Nourah University in Riyadh has become Internationally Certified by IBCT.

The Board has just endorsed the verdict of the international audit committee of certifying the Deanship of Quality and Development (DQD) at the University of Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The overall quality of the training facilities and practices at the Deanship of Quality and Development
has been graded with 4 stars. The international audit visit took place during the last week of January 2019.
DQD started the preparations for seeking the international certification of IBCT several months ago. The audit committee reported that the DDSE team exerted great efforts to get most of the Deanship’s aspects comply with the IBCT standards of certified training centers. QDQ team members acknowledged the efforts and technical support they received from the Skills Development Department (SDD) of Hail University. They stated that the SDD team was of great help during the Deanship’s preparation journey.
The Deanship’s mission is to develop and enhance the academic and professional performance of Princess Nourah University (PNU) faculty and staff through fostering talent and creativity towards building a competitive, knowledge-based society. Dr. Shurug Ali, the Dean, said that the Deanship is aiming high and she and her team aspire to see the Deanship has become a regional authority in the field of development, skills enhancement, and creativity.
The audit team showed up that the Deanship possesses remarkable training facilities and infrastructure that are adequate to fulfill its mission of developing and enhancing the organizational performance of Princess Nourah University. The Deanship’s training infrastructure includes, but not limited to, 5 fully-equipped U-shaped training rooms, 4 equipped sub training rooms suitable for group work and workshops, 2 fully-equipped computer labs, facilities for disabled trainees and 4 fully-equipped shared auditoriums.
The entire team of DQD showed a very positive attitude and ambition for continuous development and growth. The Deanship developed policies to extend their training services to the community outside the university in order to maximize the utilization of its infrastructure and to contribute to Riyadh’s community development.
DQD has been added to the IBCT directory of certified training centers.

I have applied for AT program at IBCT and selected PNU as my training centre. The job application had been completed by me but I didn’t get any response afterwards.
