Performance Levels:

  • Non-Compliant (0 points): Does not meet the criterion requirements
  • Developing (2 points): Partially meets the criterion requirements
  • Meets Standard (4 points): Fully meets the criterion requirements
  • Exceeds Standard (5 points): Exceeds the criterion requirements

Note: Sub-criteria marked with * are essential. All essential criteria must meet the standard (4 points or higher) to achieve any star rating.
